Blog #21

For my final project I will be writing a short story. I will be doing this on my own, but the story will be very similar to the one that was written for blog entry #20. That blog was seriously so much fun to write, that I wish to take another crack at it. I never quite understood how cathartic the whole experience would be, until I undertook it. Something is compelling me to write again, and I am not about to silence that desire. I will have the story relate to the monomyth when appropriate, and will attempt to make the piece of literature possess a queer look at a situation. The fact of the matter is that regardless of how hard I try to steer the story away from monomythic stages, they will still show up.
